Being part of every new “I did it!” is one of the best parts of this first year. Little Moves shows you which play to offer for what your baby can do today, from tummy time to crawling, with your role spelled out on every page.

Two illustrated moments

What to set up first and what to watch for next, in pictures.

“Ready when…” and your role

The skill your baby needs first, and whether you play, support or simply observe.

Keep it comfortable

The safety note for that activity: what to avoid and when to stop.

Sound familiar?

You want to help. You just don’t know what to offer next.

Okay… now what?

“Okay… now what?”

You lay out the mat, sit down beside your baby and realize you are not sure what to do there.

The same rattle, again

The same rattle, again

The ideas run out in five minutes, and every play session ends up being the same three things.

Should I help them roll?

“Should I help them roll?”

You see your baby rocking to one side and wonder whether to step in, roll them over or just wait.

What comes after this?

What comes after this?

They just figured out tummy time, and you have no idea what the next stage looks like or how to prepare for it.

You don’t need to become an expert in baby development. You need to know what to offer today, and what to look for next.

How it works

From “now what?” to a clear next step

  1. Find your baby’s stage

Use the skills-first finder: comfortable on the back, lifting the head, reaching and turning, sitting with support, sitting alone or already moving across the floor.

You know where to start, without counting months.

  2. Pick one activity

Open a page in that stage. Read the two illustrated moments, the “Ready when…” cue and your role. It takes about a minute.

You know what to offer and what your part is.

  3. Get down and invite

Offer your face, a toy just within reach or a reason to turn, then wait. Your baby chooses the response.

You encourage the movement without doing it for them.

  4. Notice, record, move on

Mark what you tried and loved in the tracker. When your baby starts something new, the finder points you to the next section.

Your baby’s next step never catches you unprepared.

Is it for you?

Little Moves is for you if…

  • Your baby is 3 months or older and you want to take part in each new stage, from tummy time to crawling.
  • You want ideas organized by what your baby can do, not by a calendar that makes you anxious.
  • You like seeing things clearly: two pictures, a short instruction and your role.
  • You want to encourage rolling, sitting and crawling with play, never by forcing a movement.
  • You want something to share with your partner, grandparents or caregivers so everyone knows what to offer.

Good to know before you buy

  • It is a play resource, not therapy, treatment, a screening tool or a promise of earlier milestones.
  • The activities cover back play, tummy time, rolling, sitting and crawling. There are no standing or walking activities.
  • It is an illustrated PDF guide, with no videos.
  • If your baby was born early, has a medical condition or you have concerns about movement, talk to your pediatrician first.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Little Moves?

A digital, illustrated guide with 40 floor-play activities for babies, organized in five sections: gentle movements, tummy time, rolling & reaching, sitting & balance, and crawling & floor exploration. Every activity page shows two illustrated moments, when your baby is ready, your role and a comfort note. Three bonus guides come with it: an activity tracker, tummy time play ideas and a keepsake journal.

What age is it for?

The guide is made for babies 3 months and up. Instead of a calendar, you choose activities by what your baby can already do, using the skills-first finder inside the guide.

Will it make my baby roll or crawl sooner?

No, and we won’t promise that. Little Moves is a play resource. It gives your baby safe, interesting chances to move and gives you a clear role on the floor. Every baby follows their own timeline.

How do I know which stage my baby is in?

The guide has a skills-first finder with six simple descriptions, such as “briefly lifts and turns the head” or “sits and changes positions alone.” Pick the one that matches what your baby does today. If an activity’s readiness cue doesn’t fit, simply choose another page.

Does it include standing or walking?

No. The activities go from back play and tummy time to rolling, sitting, crawling and floor exploration.

Do I need special equipment?

No. You need a firm, flat, nonslip mat on the floor and everyday baby-safe items: your face and voice, a large toy, a clean washcloth, a sturdy board book, a soft ball. The safety checklist explains what to avoid.

Are there videos?

No. Little Moves is an illustrated guide in PDF. Each activity is shown in two pictures with short instructions you can read in about a minute.

Can I print it? Which devices work?

Yes, you can print the PDFs (choose “fit to page”). They open on a phone, tablet or computer with a PDF reader. The tracker and the journal have fillable fields that work in PDF apps that support forms; save a copy after filling them in.

My baby was born early or has a medical condition. Can I use it?

Please talk to your pediatrician first. If your baby has an individual care plan, that plan comes first. The guide also lists signs that mean you should stop and when to seek help.

How do I buy and receive it?

Click any “get the kit” button and complete your one-time payment on the checkout page. The guide and the bonus files are sent to your email.

Is it a subscription?

No. It is a one-time payment of $19.90 USD. There are no monthly charges.
